Free Journalist Foundation Hosts “Best Educationist Awards 2026” in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, August 13, 2026: The Free Journalist Foundation (FJF) successfully hosted the Best Educationist Awards 2026 at the Indus Hotel, Hyderabad, bringing together education leaders, officials of the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), district heads, partner organizations, educators and other stakeholders working for the promotion of quality and inclusive education across Sindh.

The prestigious ceremony was hosted under the leadership of Mr. Rauf Chandio, Chairman, Free Journalist Foundation, who welcomed the distinguished guests and participants and highlighted the importance of recognizing individuals and organizations whose dedication and performance are contributing to the improvement of education and the expansion of learning opportunities.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Gahanwer Ali Laghari, Managing Director, Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), as the Chief Guest. Mr. Fayaz Hussain Abbasi, Commissioner, Hyderabad Division, and Mr. Abdul Jabbar Marri, Director, Literacy & Non-Formal Education, Sindh, were also among the distinguished guests who attended the ceremony.

The ceremony was attended by SEF district heads, partner organizations, educationists and other representatives from the education sector, reflecting the strong partnership and collective commitment required to improve educational opportunities, particularly for underserved communities.

A major highlight of the event was the Best Educationist Awards, through which outstanding partners and educationists were recognized for their exceptional performance, commitment and contribution to the education sector. The awards were presented by the distinguished chief guests and senior officials in recognition of the recipients’ efforts in delivering quality education and making a meaningful impact in their respective communities.
